Somatic Movement & Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays  5:30-6:45pm PT. $25 per session. Limited to 5 students

Open to all and you may start anytime. Powerful air purifier / great cross breeze when windows open. This deeply restorative class invites you into gentle somatic movement re-patterning and meditation to support your freedom of movement & mind. Discover the amazing capacity of your nervous system for somatic releasing, resourcing and re-education. These somatic movement and meditation practices invite quiet mind, a deep unwinding and endless discovery.  Awareness of habitual thinking, moving and attention patterns is possible; and with awareness sits liberation. Mindfulness meditation and somatic body scan meditations also within this class.

Soma Yoga

Wednesdays  4:30-5:45pm PT. $25 per session. Limited to 5 students

Open to all and you may start anytime. A flow through Soma Yoga, somatic movement, gentle neurodevelopmental movement patterns from the BrainDance & mindfulness meditation (including lying down somatic bodyscan meditations).

Monthly Somatic Renewal Workshops: Nurturing Somatics & Loving Kindness Meditation

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

In-Person: 1st Sunday of the month, 1:00 - 4:00pm. $65 per person. $110 if you would like to give yourself a full weekend of both days. Semi-private, limited to 5 for covid safety vaccination required.

Online: 1st Saturday of the month, 1:00 - 4:00pm. $70 for those of you who are cuddled up at home and wish to add in weekly Somatic Movement Saturday online morning class for a full day home retreat!

This work draws from Somatic Unwinding, Hanna Somatics, the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais, the Alexander Technique, Skinner Releasing & Open Source Forms, Embodied Anatomy,
BrainDance neurodevelopmental movement patterns and my thirty years as a somatic movement educator, dancer, yoga & meditation teacher.

    The re-patterning will improve any physical activity you enjoy.
